Antonio Brown, probably the BEST wide-receiver in the National Football League, plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

After their playoff win against Kansas City, Antonio Brown used Facebook to post a live stream of his coach calling the team they are going to play, the New England Patriots, a bunch of "a_holes."
He also posted PRIVATE locker room material.

Should locker room talk be PUBLIC or PRIVATE?
Should Antonio Brown be punished for what he did?

Explain.

  1. I think locker room talks should be private because if its between just the team then people can hear what they are saying and it could be like a gamer plan or even like this situation, it could be really private. I think it should be like my team where the talking in the room is private. I really do think that yes he should be punished because what he did wasn't allowed and I think he deserved every bit of it.

    2. I agree, I think it's good that ur team locker room talk is private as well, because you could potentially give away strategys

  2. I think whatever happens in the locker room should always stay private. I don't think that it's necessary of what Brown did and I find that it's only something a foolish man would do. I thing that he should get punished for that stupidity and now's best not to do that in the middle of when the coach is talking

  3. I think that locker room conversations be private. Not that they should make a law that you can't say anything that you talked about in the locker room, I mean that if the coach says that he doesn't want you talking about it outside the room, you should listen to him. Antonia Brown shouldn't be punished for what he did cuz he didn't say anything. (How am I supposed to know anyway, I didn't watch it, and the video was deleted). The coach shouldn't be punished either cuz it's his opinion. They're assholes to him, but maybe not to other people, so they shouldn't punish anyone. What happens in the locker room, stays in the locker room.

  4. I think that locker talk should be private. What happens in the locker room stays in the locker room. Yes I do think that Antonio brown should be punished. The things he leaked was private information about his team, he betrayed his team and personally I wouldn't be able to trust him if I were his teammate. The reason I think locker room talk should be private is because it's right after the game or before, the coaches and players could be mad and not think about what they want to say. Locker room talk is purely in the moment, and it shouldn't be shared with anyone

  5. i think that locker talk should be private. its private i mean if its in a close room, its privacy. i do think that he should be punished for what he did because its a private thing and you shouldn't share that with anyone whether its on social media or with a person talking. whatever you say or hear and you know its private then you shouldn't say it to anyone.

  6. I do think that he should be punished because he betrayed his teammates by exposing locker room talk. Not everyone needs to know what is said some things are meant to stay private. Also maybe the coach did insult the other team but really no reason to show that to the rest of the world. So yes I would say he should get punished for doing so.

  7. I think that locker talk should be private, because teams need there privacy too talk and everyone once in a while talks bad about someone especially if its a team you're playing against and that talk should stay in the locker room.I do not think Antonio Brown should be punished for this because he is one of there best players and without him they might lose a big game. Also people learn from there mistakes and now I think he knows never to do that again there is no need for a punishment everyone makes mistakes.

    1. I disagree, just because he's there best player means nothing. What he did was wrong.

    2. I agree he should not be punished because he knows better and will learn from his mistakes

  8. I think that locker room talk should be private. Since it may be a team sport then whatever has been said in the room shouldn’t be heard by anyone who isn’t on the team because it may be strategies to win or it can be about someone talking about the team they’ll be playing. I do think that Antonio Brown should be punished for what he did since he basically betrayed his coach by posting what he was saying to the public and probably didn’t want the world hearing.

  9. I think that locker room talk should be kept private because sometimes people can say things in the locker room either because they're too excited of just pissed off depending on the situation. Because out of experience one time my team and I were losing a game we should of been winning, so our coach brought us into the locker room and started yelling at us and calling discrases to the organization. So one kid told on the coach and parents were furious at the way he was talking to us and all it did was cause an argument between coaches and parents, he actually made a coach quick because it was getting to out of hand, had he not said anything everything would be okay so that is why I think locker room talk should be private.

  10. I think locker room talk should be kept private because in the heat of the moment people can do or say things without really thinking. I do not think Antonio Brown should be punished for doing what he did, but it was a little disrespectful towards the team by posting a video like that so he should just not do that again.

  11. Locker talk should be private and this Antonio Brown bastard should be punished for posting this for millions to see. Unless the team wants to actually share things with the public. Of course these guys didn't expect this to happen and I'm sure many other teams have been called assholes in secret. Not only this, now the team will face trouble against them New england Patriots

  12. I think locker room talk should be private. What's done in the locker room stays in the locker room. What Antonio Brown did was dum.But why would he do something so stupid. Even if he's one of there best players he should still have to get some sort of punishment. But I guess it works for the fans because now both teams are going to be mad and both of them are going to play there hearts out because of this newborn beef.

  13. Personally, i think locker room talk should absolutely be private. Should he be punished? Yeah, probably nothing big though just enough to teach him a lesson. I think depending on the topic of conversation. If it's as bad as a Donald Trump locker room talk then yes it should stay private. Talking about it with friends that's alright. But putting it public to the world is another thing because many people will get offended and many people will think it's inappropriate. We shouldn't be filling the internet with such nasty words and comments and thoughts.

  14. At this prestigious level of football, locker room talk should absolutely be private. At a lower level of any sport I don't think it really matters as much. I think Antonio Brown should definitely be punished for what he did. He embarrassed his coach and posted PRIVATE locker room material. That stuff could potentially be strategies or some other important things.

  15. I think the talk in the locker room should absolutely be private. I mean, would you tell the world about a conversation between you and your best friend? (I wouldn't). It's practically the same thing as a conversation between you and a teammate you wouldn't want that broadcasted live. I don't know what punishment Antonio Brown should have but he should have one, but not a severe one.

  16. I think locker room talk should be private because if someone's in the moment you can't expect what they're going to say. What Antonio Brown did was dumb and I don't know what he was thinking. I don't think he should be punished because he knows better and should learn from his mistake. After all it wasn't a big deal, you could watch it on YouTube to see it.

  17. i think antonio brown got punished enouph 20 000$ is alot of money. locker room talk should be private when some one roast the other team you dont want the other team to no. even when your celebrating and not roasting the other team you want to trust your team that they wont do something stupid know he needs to becarefull and antonio brown isntthe best receiver in the nfl.

  18. I think that locker room talk should be private because the team is expressing their opinions on certain things like competing teams. I think he should be punished for what he did because it is not right to post private locker room discussions without the person who is talking consent. I think being fine is a ok punishment but I think he should be benched or suspended for a few games at least.

  19. i think it should be private unless its an extreme probleme and yes he should be punished because he did something wrong and be punished to a fair amount of what he deserves because it wasnt all in bad intentions.

  20. locker room talk should be private, people have private conversations and they should stay private. If you call a team a_holes you can, its your opinion and every one has there own opinion on things. He shouldn't be punished , but he should not do what he did again, it was not right and there is a thing called privacy.

  21. i think locker room should be private because the conversations and discussions of plays should be private. Plus, live streaming what the coaches say during locker room, is very illegal in the National Football League. I think Antonio Brown should be fined with a consequence for revelling locker room discussion.

  22. "What happens in Vegas says in Vegas" , is the expression that people use because a lot of people do and say a bunch of stupid things while there in vegas. I think this same concept should be applied when your in the locker room. From my experience as a hockey player, locker room talk cover a great number of topics that in real life wouldn't be very ethical to talk about.

  23. He should be punished. Locker room talk should always be private. Your not even really thinking of what your saying, your just blabbing out stuff because your having fun. As for calling the team A**holes... Who cares really, we're not even sure we know the full story. We don't work in the industry like them

  24. Locker room talk should always be private. Teams discuss a lot of important things like plans, strategies and etc, and I think that Antonio Brown doing such a thing shows that he lacks discipline in sportsmanship. It is his first time since he did such a thing so I don't think he should get a really big penalty. He was fined so that is enough.
