I really enjoyed the play, they did a really good job modernizing it, and i loved how it was apocalyptic, The play was very funny instead of super dramatic, but they also did a good job making it serious but not serious at the same time. The music choices where really good, it made everything seem super epic. I think they really did a good job making it apocalyptic they did a good job bringing it to life.
I personally thought the play was really good. It was very interesting an original. I like the way that they changed it up and the whole pre-Apocalypse thing was a really good idea. The actors were also really talented, almost all of them played more than one character,and you distinctively tell which character they were, especially the actor who played, Friar Lawrence, Mercutio, and the Prince. Overall it was really good.
Tracy Xing, The play was really well done because the actor were did a great job at playing there role even if they had more than one character to play. The actor of Juliet did one small mistake, but her acting was obviously well prepared. The stage was well decorated, and the special effect were on point. I think that the company did a really goo job on the play of Romeo and Juliet.
I really liked the play, and I think everyone else did too, except ONE ESPECIALLY NAMED LEE CHANG SLEPT THROUGH THE WHOLE THING, heheh, other than that the actors were also great and they should keep up the great work! I didn't expect them to change things up much like making it more modern day than something that happened in the 16th century Italy. I also love how the company always adds little effects like going into the audience and talking to them.
I happened to really liked the play. I found the whole Romeo and Julliet thing extremely cheesy. For real though. If i got a dollar for every time i cringed at those corny love stuff i would be a billionaire. I like the guy who was talking with the audience and said Sam's hair smelled like strawberry. He was really funny. But in general i liked the play because of the story line and how it was played out the acting was good but most importantly the corny cheesy ratchet ass love scenes between Romeo and Julliet just remind me how lucky i am to be single and free out of suicide.
I think I really enjoyed the play. It came out really good and for even theater actors, the battles they made were full out and realistic. I really liked the way that it all planned out and was really interesting. By the way Mercutio was hilarious. I just have to say that the play was funny and even the romance and the plot was good.

Honestly I didn't like the play. Maybe my standards are a bit high but I just thought the overall quality of the play was bad. Some actors were funny whilst some where just in general really shoddy, they had flip flopping accents as in one moment somebody is trying to do a poor British accent, next its a Scottish accent and then it would revert back to their usual accent which is Quebecois. The concept of it being in a distopian future was silly because their excuse was that these two houses were strong enough to actually ruin the world, so in that case why do they listen to some prince whom looks ripped from mad max and not just go into open rebelion? Why did whats her face Juliet's mother have an actual regal fancy cape whilst the actual monarchy looked like a homeless man. They forced in pop culture references to draw the attention of our generation but unlike last years play which was quirky and cheesy enough to be enjoyable, this one just fell flat on the ground. People say they enjoyed it and I'm glad they found enjoyment in something I couldn't find any from, but with that said, literally everybody around me was talking, listening to loud music, kicking my seat and just not paying attention to the actual play, so I have a feeling that when people say they like it, what they really mean is "Hey I got to miss a load of my classes".

The play of Romeo and Juliette was very good. It was better than I thought it would've been but they made an old play to modern. But I'm general it was surprisingly good and better than I thought it would've been.
I didn't get to see the play. On Monday I was still in Orlando Florida where I went on vacation for a week, it was lots of fun. The following day we had to drive back home which went surprisingly fast. I was still in my pyjama shorts when we left since ur was so early. I later regretted that since we had to stop for food and I was in shorts in really cold weather but I wasn't the only one so that was good.
In my opinion, the play was just awful. Plain and simple it sucked, the costumes were crap and Juliet even messed up one of her lines. Having been to Stratford this pales in comparison. I will say however it was funny at times, but I would NEVER go see it again. I hated the setting and that nine dollars was not worth it. Even so, this play wasn't to my liking I got to miss class.

Juliet looked older than Romeo but in the actually play Romeo is older. Since last year at Villa Maria I had actually already seen the play I wasn’t too interested because I already new what was going to happen next and I read the book so I knew the whole story already.
I really enjoyed the play with the creative added texts or situations to make it futuristic and funnier. the only problem with the play was the fight scenes which were a little unrealistic but its understandable since its probably on a really low budget and also its only a play. The actors were really good and creative with the play and in general the play was very good.
I found the play to be really well executed. I liked how they managed to stay true to an old classic play but still keeping it fresh and new at the same time. The timing for the comedic relief was spot on. each time something sad happened they put a little comedic relief after it so you don't fell bad about what happened.

I'm not much of a play guy so I didn't really find the play that amazing. But It wasn't bad I kind of enjoyed it,mostly because I was missing school. I did like the action seens because they were very intense. Overall the play wasn't bad it was a very good play its just that I'm not a play guy.

The amazing part of the production was that there were only six of them, so they had to play multiple role throughout the play. The play itself was great, I watched the Leonard d movie of r and j, so I already love the play previous to this. Overall great experience, I haven't seen a play in a while now.

Half way through the play I didn't even know what was happening, because it was so man y things were going on and they at least should have explained in the end what it was so everyone could be clear about it.
